If the sagging female breasts cannot be corrected using implants, the mastopexy operation is performed. It lifts and fixes your breasts. I make tiny incisions around the areola and a vertical one towards the under-breast fold. The breasts are formed and lifted to their previous position. The stretched skin in the lower parts of the breast is proportionally excised. Your breast shape is restored and lifted. In most cases your breast volume is sufficient, but sometimes you may need additional surgery to put implants in, which may be performed straight away or after a certain period of time.
